Criteria for Applicants to the Program

Please read ALL the CRITERIA to the program before completing this resident application to be considered into the program. If you do not meet our criteria we will be unable to process your request at this time. Thank You for your cooperation.

• Be at least 19 years of age
• Be employable within 6 months of starting the program and/or have a source of income
• Have a high school diploma or be able to complete a GED within six months
• Demonstrate interest and commitment to changing and improving their lives
• Be able to live independently in a shared living environment with limited supervision
• Agree to comply with conditions listed in the Resident Agreement
• Be able to satisfy the financial obligations of the program
• Be willing to attend all personal development workshops/sessions
• Have a source of transportation
• Be able to pay rent ($425.00-$495.00 per month) and a one time application processing fee of $50.00
• Be clean and sober for one year
