AROS, Inc. conducts a number of sessions relating to personal development, violence prevention, and the development of positive relationships. Sessions are interactive and include discussions, creative activities, and sharing of community resources. Topics include:

• Establishing Healthy Boundaries
• Rape on Campus
• Overcoming Personal Obstacles

Healthy Relationship Programs

This program is a series of four or six sessions designed to empower youth and adults to recognize and change negative behaviors in their relationships with themselves and others. Topics include:

• Healthy vs. Abusive Relationships
• Warning Signs
• Effects of Abuse
• Communication Skills
• Mental, Physical & Sexual Abuse
• And much more

S.T.A.R.S. (Students Together Achieving Real Success)

The Youth STARS Theatre Outreach Program is a program for all youth between the ages of 12 and 18, which provides education and creative expression through performing arts.

The philosophy of the program is that all young people be provided with an opportunity to explore and experience various facets of theatre production and performance within an environment that is safe, supportive and educational.
